高层建筑给排水设计要点研究摘要：在高层建筑工程中，对给排水设计的重视程度日益提高。

文章从给排水设计出发，对高层建筑给排水工程的特点进行探讨， 分析高层建筑给排水的设计要点，以提高高层建筑中用水排水的实用性，促进水的充分利用，节约水资源，促进高层建筑工程质量与水平的提高，给从事相关工作的人员提供一些建议。

abstract: in high-rise building engineering, the importance of water supply and drainage design is increasing day by day. based on the water supply and drainage design, this paper discusses the characteristics of water supply and drainage works of high-rise buildings, analyzes the design essentials of water supply and drainage works of high-rise buildings, in order to improve the practicability of water use and drainage in high-rise buildings, promote the full utilization of water, and save water resources, to promote the quality and level of high-rise building projects to improve, to engage in relevant work personnel to provide some suggestions.关键词：高层建筑、给排水、设计要点一、高层建筑的定义 gb 500162014《建筑设计防火规范》（2018年版）规定:高层建筑是指建筑高度大于27m的住宅建筑或建筑高度大于24m的非单层厂房、仓库和其他民用建筑。

一、课题名称镇江东邦商务大厦给排水设计二、工程概况课题为镇江东邦商务大厦给排水设计，该建筑属高层公共建筑，建筑专业已完成条件图设计，现要求给排水专业对其进行给排水设计。

该建筑共十七层，建筑总高度为65.7m，地下一层。

地下层设生活、消防水池及水泵房。
